The USD 220 holds regularly scheduled Board of Education meetings on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Ashland School. Entrance to the building through the front doors or the cafeteria glass door off of the front patio starting at 6:30 pm unless otherwise posted.

We welcome the Ashland-Englewood community to join us at these meetings. We must work together to provide the education our students deserve. BOE Policy BCBI: The president or presiding officer may ask patrons attending if they would like to speak during the open forum. Rules for the public forum will be available from the clerk prior to the board and at the meeting itself. The board president may impose a limit on the time a visitor may address the board. The board president may ask groups with the same interest to appoint a spokesperson to deliver the group’s message. Except to ask clarifying que stions, board members shall not interact with speakers at the open forum.

2025 – 2026 Anticipated BOE Meeting Schedule

Third Monday of each month with with exceptions in October and March due to conflicts preventing normal schedule. Meetings will begin at 7:00 P.M. 311 J.E. Humphreys, Ashland, Kansas unless otherwise noted. The published BOE Meeting schedule for 2025-2026 is as follows:

August 18, 2025 – Budget Hearing 6:45pm with Regular Meeting to Follow

*USD 220 will not be exceeding the Revenue Neutral Rate for FY26, therefore no public hearing will be conducted on the RNR.
