Enrollment for 2024-2025

Hello Bluejay Families! Enrollment packets were delivered or mailed to each returning family this morning.  If you did not receive yours, if you are new to our district, or if you have questions, please call us at 620-635-2220. You can also email Gloria ( or Mel (  

In an effort to expedite the enrollment process this year, we will not be having a centralized one-day enrollment as we have in years past. Instead, please complete the paperwork in this packet and return it before August 1st. The office is open Monday - Thursday from 8am - 4pm. (The building/office will be closed July 22nd-24th for summer maintenance.)

  • School supplies are once again being provided by the Ashland Youth Committee and the Clark County Sheriff. Those will be in your student’s classroom on the first day of school.
  • You will receive another packet of information towards the beginning of August with information such as pick-up and drop-off information, a handbook, a monthly detailed event calendar, student schedules (grades 6-12), etc. This information packet will also contain a breakdown of any fees for the 24-25 school year.
  • Check the information sheet to be sure your mailing and physically addresses are correct, phone numbers and emails for parents are updated and correct, and that we have a valid emergency contact.
  • Please fill out the free/reduced application even if you don’t think you qualify. This is confidential and, if approved, will help with other fees in addition to meals.
  • Any student grades 6-12 wishing to participate in athletics needs a physical and the concussion form completed.
  • If you have multiple students, please fill out all of the forms for each student. Make sure they read and sign them where they need to also.
